Welcome to the Advanced Reactor Design Simulation (ARDS) group at Dhaka University.
ARDS develops and applies computational tools to study advanced nuclear reactor concepts. Our work spans reactor physics, thermal-hydraulics, fuel behavior and radiation shielding. By coupling these models, we evaluate reactor performance and safety across a range of operating and transient conditions, identify design sensitivities, and support improved core and system design decisions.
We aim to make our research open and widely accessible whenever possible, and we actively seek collaboration with other research groups and institutions.
